Changing your mind
You can cancel your order and return it for a refund at any time up to 30 days after it's delivered. We cover the cost of returning your item.

To start a return, use our contact form, with your order number. We'll reply with the returns instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Please take reasonable care of the item while it's with you. We may reduce your refund if it comes back damaged or used beyond what was needed to inspect it.

Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method. We'll do this within 14 days of receiving your return, or of you providing proof that you've posted it, whichever is earlier. Banks can take a few more days to show the refund.
Import duties or taxes you paid are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and photos. You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law, and we'll cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
