Who we are
This website is operated by Takora, powered by Shopify. 

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products and prices
Prices are shown in £ and include VAT. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. If we spot a pricing error, we'll tell you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example for stock or fraud reasons, and if so we'll refund any payment taken.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.

Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel and our returns process are in our Refund Policy.

Product use and care
Please follow the care instructions on the product page. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, for example cooking on settings the product isn't designed for.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow.

Intellectual property
The site content, photographs, logo and branding belong to Takora. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
