Processing
Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders, including international.

- Europe: 5-20 business days
- USA and Canada: 7-20 business days
- Rest of world: 7-20 business days
Unless we tell you otherwise, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order or offer a full refund.
Tracking and insurance
You'll get an email with tracking details when your order ships, sent by our chosen courier. All orders are shipped insured.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country, and these are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't change it after your order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and re-shipping costs may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with photos if it's damaged. We'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
